This YOMO gluten free choc muffin mix is so quick and easy to make and so yummy. This mix is vegan, paleo and contains no refined sugar. Make it with oil, water and vinegar to keep it completely plant powered or use an egg or two, depending on your dietary requirements and preferences. We regularly turn these babies into cupcakes for parties and picnics by adding some icing.
