Christmas Cut Off Dates for ordering
The dates provided below are for Parcel orders being sent to metro locations via Australia Post. Please allow additional time for items sent outside metro areas. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible, and by the cut-off dates below, to help us get them there in time for Christmas Day.

Frozen orders cut off via our third party courier is Monday 15th of December for guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
We ship refrigerated and frozen goods around metropolitan Victoria via temperature controlled couriers for $20*
Order cut off for delivery Wednesday - Friday (delivery day is subject your suburb/area) is Monday 2:00pm
Add as many items as you like, including dry, refrigerated or frozen products.
*If your order is under $250, you will be charged the regular shipping AS WELL AS the frozen shipping. Orders over $250 are exempt.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to rural Victoria at this time. Your order will be refunded if our couriers do not service your suburb.

ORDERING DRY GOODS:
We endeavor to have orders on their way to our customers as quickly as possible. Occasionally during peak busy periods, your order may be delayed by 24 hours before it is shipped. Rest assured, we have received your order and it will be on the way!
We offer free shipping within Australia on orders over $250 (excluding perishable goods). Postage is calculated at checkout for all other orders.
