Delight the family with this easy Chocolate fudge self-saucing pudding (gluten free, vegan, delicious) 🍫
Rich, gooey, comforting and delicious using Yomo's Chocolate muffin mix as the base. Recipe below:
YOMO gluten free Choc Muffin Mix
1/3 cup (76g) sunflower or olive oil
2/3 cup (167g) water
1 x 20ml tbsp (20g) white or apple cider vinegar
50g roughly chopped dark chocolate
1 x 5ml tsp (5g) vanilla essence
For the sauce:
2 x 20ml tbsp (18g) cocoa powder
140g brown sugar
300ml hot water (ideally previously boiled)
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Grease a pudding basin with oil, butter or spread
3. Chop the chocolate and add all the pudding ingredients to a bowl
4. Mix well and scrape into the pudding basin
5. In a separate heat proof container, mix the sauce ingredients well to dissolve the sugar
6. Pour the sauce gently over the pudding mixture in the basin
7. Bake for ~45 min
8. Eat straight away, preferably with vanilla ice cream 😉. Enjoy!!
