Our twist on a traditional Malaysian style chicken laksa. This chicken and coconut curry rice noodle laksa is packed with veggies and served in a fragrant coconut sauce. Whilst our version is less soupy than a traditional laksa (to help keep the kJ content down) it's packed with flavour and made using our very own fresh laksa paste (the secret to a perfect laksa) and is suitable for people following a gluten free, low FODMAP and lactose free diet.
