Mrs Trans Ginger Prawn Dumpling is the hidden gem amongst the better known dumplings and offers a pleasant surprise even to people who have a dislike for ginger. Although it is a pre-made dumpling, it offers chefs so much versatility to put their own interpretation on this product. As always, the pastry is made fresh in-house and the prawns are packed to the rafters with a hint of ginger.
