Valentino Panettone - Mini Choc Chip 100g

Valentino's gluten free Panettone is made from a traditional Italian recipe. A sweet bread, it has a soft texture similar to brioche and this variation incorporates dark chocolate chips for a truly decadent experience.

Warm gently to soften before serving with a dusting of icing sugar.

INGREDIENTS: Corn Starch, Butter, Dark Chocolate Chips (Sugar, Cocoa Paste, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier: Soy Lecithin, Flavours), Sugar, Egg Yolk, Eggs, Water, Yeast, Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable Fibres (Psyllium and Inulin), Guar, Hyroxy-propyl-methylcellulose, Fructose, Flavours, Salt, Sorbic Acid, Corn Malt Extract.
