At last, Wedges for allergen sufferers. Simply sprinkle over some potatoes sliced into wedges and place in a preheated 220º oven. Wait for 20 minutes and you have delicious wedges. Serve as an accompaniment to a meal or enjoy with some sour cream or tomato salsa. Great anytime! Makes 1kg of Wedges.
Note: Can also be used with sweet potato. For a vegetarian and vegan option, use the seasoning mix to coat tofu, eggplant or add to rice crumbs to season any dish.
Ingredients: Maize starch, rice flour, rice crumbs, tapioca flour, salt, sodium bicarbonate, pure mixed herbs and spices. Onion and Garlic free.
