Leda ANZAC biscuit is a classic favourite that’s deliciously golden, crispy and full of flavour. Honoring the traditional recipe, we have created a gluten and dairy free biscuit that has been approved by the Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
Ingredients: Gluten free flours (tapioca, chickpea), rice bran oil, sugar, coconut, golden syrup, treacle, quinoa flakes, natural flavour, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate), salt.
