Amazing crispy Low FODMAP gluten free potato cakes. Can be easily cooked in air fryer. This gluten free, lightly battered, golden yellow potato cake taste even better than the flour batter.
Ingredients: Potatoes, water, chickpea flour, corn flour, tapioca flour, rice flour, canola oil, salt, xanthan gum, sulphites (223).
Cooking instructions: Preheat oven to 210c fan forced. Place potato cakes on a tray and bake for 16 minutes.
