1/2 cup walnut meal
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/3 cup buckwheat
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pre-heat oven to 170 deg.
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add in the coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Combine until all the dry ingredients are coated. Bake for 15mins. Make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn.
5 medjool dates, pitted
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup coconut cream
2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
Blitz in a food processor or blender until smooth. Set aside.
1 can coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup chia seeds
Whisk together until fully combined and store in the fridge to set.
2 bananas
Optional step: blitz granola into a fine crumb and press down into jars.
Layer in pot:
Granola
Date caramel
Sliced banana (approx 1/2 banana per jar)
Coconut chia cream
Top with grated chocolate!
