- 1 pack Melinda’s Red Velvet Cake
- 1/4 cup oil or butter
- 2 small eggs
- Icing sugar

1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the cake mix, oil or butter and eggs until a stiff dough forms.
2. Chill the dough for 30 minutes until the dough is easy to handle.
3. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and roll well in icing sugar.
4. Place on lined baking sheet and bake for 9-12 minutes.
5. Cool 2 minutes on baking tray before removing to wire rack to cool completely. Yum! Yum! Yum!!!
