This flour mix is perfect for making traditional and authentic Chinese dim sum such as prawn HarGow dumplings but also Teochew or Chiu Chow dumplings. The translucent pastry wraps perfectly around the juicy filling to create an amazing texture! These prawn dumplings are truly a delight and can be enjoyed with  friends and family for any special occasion.

Finished dumplings can then be steamed in under 10mins - or meal-prep and freeze to consume later.

Pre-made dumplings can be frozen and used at another time.
