Cook from frozen, it a hot pan with oil. Do not thaw before cooking as this will cause the burgers to become fragile and possibly break.
Ingredients: Black lentils 30%, brown rice 30%, carrots 12%, potato flour 11%, onions 8%, peas and corn 8%, salt and pepper (locally sourced)
