6 pack of Squid Rings battered in our delicious Gluten-free Batter Mix and pre-cooked in a Cholesterol Free Oil.

For best results cook from frozen.

1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees Celsius. (200 for fan-forced).
2. Remove Battered Squid from packaging.  Lay Battered Squid Rings in a single layer on oven tray and place in the oven.
3. Cook in the oven for 18 - 20 minutes until they are golden and crispy.

NOTE: cooking time may vary from oven to oven.
Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven preferences.

Store at or below minus 18 degrees Celsius.
Do not thaw before cooking.
Product must be cooked before consumption.
