Ruby Passion combines irresistibly good almond bottoms with a passion fruit cream. Deliciously coated with Ruby chocolate made from pink cacao beans & topped with white chocolate.

Almondy has been baking irresistibly good almond desserts ever since their first tiny bakery opened back in 1982 in Sweden. Today, the firm bakes around 80,000 frozen desserts at their infinitely larger facility, which supplies to customers in 50 countries around the world.

INGREDIENTS: Egg white, sugar, vegetable fat (palm, shea), egg yolk, ruby cacao (11%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soyalecithin), acidity regulator (citric acid), almond (4.5%), sunflower seeds, buttermilk powder, vegetable oil (rapeseed), sweet apricot kernels, thickener (modified starch), whole milk powder, cocoa butter, syrup, brown sugar, salt, natural emulsifier (so, emulsifier). Contains 1.5% white chocolate.
CONTAINS NUTS (ALMONDS), DAIRY, EGG & SOY. MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF PEANUTS & HAZELNUTS.

Preparation: Ready to eat after thawing. At room temperature, wrapping removed: Slice 20 minutes, whole cake 30 minutes.

Serving Tips: This cake can easily be cut while frozen. When cutting, use a sharp knife dipped in hot water. We recommend serving it chilled, although it also tastes excellent at room temperature.
