Well & Good now offer Chocolate Chip Hot Cross Buns! As with all Well & Good products, these delicious gluten free hot cross buns are a lovely soft, fluffy bun which tastes just like the original version.
Ingredients: Gluten free flour (corn starch, tapioca starch, potato starch, cellulose powder, xanthan gum, psyllium husk, baking powder, buckwheat flour, flax seed flour, spirulina, mono diglycerides, water, Choc Chips (10%) (Sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), sugar, vegetable oil (canola), yeast, vinegar, rice malt, iodised salt, spices.
