Soy Sauce Light is naturally brewed to have authentic aroma and taste. Its light colour allows cooking with the taste of soy sauce without the dark colour.
It is especially suitable used as dipping sauce for seafood, sashimi and sushi.
Ingredients: Water, soy bean extract, wheat extract*, salt
*This product is gluten free, but contains wheat. In the manufacture of Chang’s Soy based sauces, gluten is first completely removed from the wheat flour by fermentation. This leaves starch, (which is the extract of wheat left). All Chang’s sauces have been tested and found to contain NO detectable gluten.
