Microwave:
In a microwave proof bowl, combine 1 sachet of Wheat Free Oats with 3/4 cup of milk or water. Microwave on high* for 90 seconds, stirring halfway through. Stir again and allow to cool slightly before serving.
Stove:
In a bowl, combine 1 sachet of Wheat Free Oats with 3/4 cup of boiling water and stir. Let it stand for 1-2 minutes or until it reaches your desired consistency. Add a dash of your favourite milk if desired.
