Very Vanilla Paste 50g

A premium quality, pure vanilla paste in a convenient jar so you can use as much or as little as you need. Made from finely ground vanilla seeds and pods to capture the flavour of the whole bean. Then blended with vanilla extract and a little sugar syrup. One teaspoon is equivalent to 4 pods.

Very Vanilla is a delicious range of gourmet vanilla products made from sustainably grown, Australian vanilla. Fiona George and Matt Allen grow 1800 vanilla orchids on their family-owned farm at Russell River flats in far-north Queensland. They hand-fertilise each flower and carefully dry the beans, resulting in strong, complex vanilla with a moist texture and sublime flavour.
