Our green loaf. This is our original recipe, the one that started it all, and forms the base of all our other loaves.
Using quinoa flakes and a variety of nutrient-dense super-seeds including sunflower kernals, pepitas, chia seeds and linseeds, these loaves are rich protein, fibre and other beneficial vitamins and minerals. A satiating bread alternative, perfect for those with food intolerances or on a low-carb diet — now you can have your bread, and eat it too!
