CRINKLE CUT FRIES

These style of chips are mostly loved by children, as the shape is unusual with the same succulent flavour. The slicing leaves a corrugated surface, which is why it could also be called the ‘ruffled’ chips, as they have the wave to it.

INGREDIENTS

POTATO (95%), CANOLA OIL

STORAGE

KEEP FROZEN AT OR BELOW MINUS 18°C.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

FRYING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oil to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  2. Deep fry frozen chips for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Drain, serve and enjoy!

AIR FRYER:

Air fryer temperatures may vary between different brands, so please adjust the cooking time to achieve the best desired crunchy chips.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Place the air fryer frozen Golden Fries chips into the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes at 180c/400f.
  3. Shake halfway through to avoid sticking.
  4. Serve warm with dipping sauce.

OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1.  Preheat oven and oven tray to 230ºC (210ºC fan-forced) for 10 minutes.
  2. Spread your Golden Fries in a single layer on the preheated oven tray and place in the MIDDLE shelf of your oven.
  3. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turn and continue heating for a further 5-10 minutes until they’re lightly golden and crispy. Regular turning is unnecessary.

NOTE: Cooking times may vary from oven to oven. Adjust the cooking time to suit your oven and your preference
