Farinacci spent two years researching and developing methods to ensure we produce a great tasting pasta that complies with gluten free manufacturing standards certified by The Coeliac Society of Australia and our HACCP food safety programs.
We’re proud to say the hard work has paid off as we now produce perhaps the best tasting gluten free pasta in Australia. Equally important, our gluten free pasta undergoes regular microbiological testing to ensure the highest standards.
