​The Otway Pasta Company are a small family owned pasta manufacturer located in Colac, Western Victoria. They use the finest quality ingredients and traditional methods to produce an exceptionally flavoursome, nutritious, delicious pasta & sauces.

This Versatile sauce can be used with many Italian dishes including pizza, lasagne and even parmigiana. It is created using Australian tomatoes that are combined with vegetables and herb and cooked slowly to release the traditional flavour of Italy.

There are no artificial flavours, colours or refined sugars. The use of 100% Australian tomatoes gives the sauce a rich complexity that only comes from using the best ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: Fresh Tomatoes (43%) contains citric acid, Vegetable (32%) [Capsicum, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Pumpkin, Eggplant.], Tomato Paste (8%), Garlic, Olive oil, Corn Starch, Carrot juice concentrate, Honey, Salt, Herbs and Spices, Citric acid, Paprika extract.
