​The Otway Pasta Company are a small family owned pasta manufacturer located in Colac, Western Victoria. They use the finest quality ingredients and traditional methods to produce an exceptionally flavoursome, nutritious, delicious pasta & sauces.

Made to an authentic Italian recipe, this bolognese sauce is created using the best quality Victorian beef and Australian tomatoes. Combined with carrot, onion and celery, this sauce is rich in flavour and thick to perfectly coat the pasta.

There are no artificial flavours, colours or refined sugars. The use of 100% Australian tomatoes gives the sauce a rich complexity that only comes from using the best ingredients.

INGREDIENTS: Fresh Tomatoes, Aussie Beef mince, Carrot, Onion, Celery, Tomato paste, Vegetable juice concentrate, Olive Oil, Salt, Herbs, Spices and corn starch.
